Hotels and Lodging

We've reserved two hotel blocks for our wedding weekend. Because lodging in the Cashiers/Glenville area is limited, we recommend booking your accommodations as early as possible.Please note that Uber and Lyft are not available in the area. Transportation will be provided to and from these hotels throughout the wedding weekend.

Hotel Cashiers is the closest hotel to Chimney Pond Farm and is within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, shops, and other local favorites. Please reserve by August 14, 2026, to receive our group rate.

Hampton Inn & Suites Cashiers-Sapphire Valley

In addition to the hotel blocks, there are some great Airbnb and vacation rental options throughout the area. For the easiest access to our wedding events, we recommend booking accommodations on the east side of Lake Glenville (the Chimney Pond Farm side of the lake). If you're staying at an Airbnb or vacation rental, please include your lodging address when you RSVP so we can do our best to accommodate transportation. We've included a few options at the link below!

The Cashiers area is home to a variety of art galleries, antique stores, consignment shops, and home décor boutiques.

Shopping

Highlands is one of our favorite places to spend an afternoon and is about 20 minutes from Cashiers. Stroll Main Street, pop into the local shops and galleries, then grab a drink at The Ruffed Grouse Tavern or Ugly Dog Public House.

Day Trip to Highlands

If you're looking to relax, spend a few hours at Lake Glenville. Pines Recreation Area has public lake access and a small sandy beach area.

The Cashiers area is known for excellent fly fishing. Several local outfitters offer guided trips.

Fly Fishing

Sapphire National Golf Club and Red Bird Golf Links are both nearby and offer beautiful mountain views. We'd recommend booking a tee time ahead of time.
